HealingOne CONFESSION... I was minding my own business just a few minutes when someone who I have minimal interaction with and would not call a friend made a comment abt my hips and butt. I have never figured out why random ppl feel it appropriate to comment on the size of my hips and butt... family, friends, associates, clients.. for some reason they all feel compelled to politely insult me and tell me my hips are getting too big, I better be careful. Ive often wanted to reply.. The only person who should be concerned abt the size of my hips are my soul mate and my babies. Then I remember, the only person who feels compelled to politely insult is the one who feels insecure in self. So no point in refuting insecurity... I feel gratitude: There was a time when that comment would wound me, making me feel inadequate and less than beautiful. Now, I smile because I have been blessed to fall in love with every inch of me. With that in mind, I revel in the love I have for me, and I keep skipping right along... me and my wide hips. can you hear the sarcastic laugh..? So i wanted to use this an opportu ity to share a HealingOne tip... The more you fall in love with you, the less youll care about other people and their irrelevant opinions.
