Health : Did you kno taking in too much protein more than your body can process can cause some serious damage towards your kidneys because of the amount of pressure during the filtration phase which can cause kidneys damage or kidney stones? Here is how you can calculate how much grams of protein you need a day if your working out and stay healthy ( 1.2 x body weight) example : James is 150lbs and does strength training also wants to lose excessive water weight and fat and build lean muscle ..
