Health Tip of the Week: To increase your energy and build your immune system eat lots of whole foods, especially veggies and greens. Whole foods contain a high amount of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. This is food that your body knows what do to with and can really use, real nutrition that will feed the body at the cellular level to give you energy and stamina. (P.S. many whole foods also contain fiber, which is very important for digestion)
