Health note: One of our acquaintences has shared their test results today. They were tested on Wednesday, via blood, and tested positive on both tests for H. Pylori. We always like to keep our autonomy while sharing our findings. In our circle of conversation off of Facebook, digestive issues has been a problem amongst mostly men. Symptoms shared seem to match. Good weeks, bad weeks, on and off. Common denominator was the appetite change and food sensitivity. Acid reflux was the most common factor. In the group, weve all seen a physician and compared notes. Diagnoses have ranged from stress, celiac disease, and now, confirmed, H. pylori. Persons shared recent diagnosis also tried gluten free diet. While gluten free helped, they still tested positive for H. pylori. Point being: gluten free diet does help. Its always good to get an accurate diagnosis.
