Send your resumes for the below position to jobs@healthindya Title: Social Media Manager As Social Media Manager, it is your responsibility to represent the voice of the company, understand the audience it is cultivating, and engage social media users in a way that creates brand evangelists, promotes consistent and active engagement with different audiences and results in positive public relations for the product and company. You will develop and implement social media strategies and brand awareness, and generate inbound traffic – with the goal of increasing investor and partner interest, leads and sales. Candidate must be highly motivated, experienced, and passionate about social media, content strategy, and promoting others in a positive light. Daily Responsibilities: • Manage social media marketing campaigns and monitor on a daily basis • Curate relevant content for engagement purposes • Monitor and respond to social users • Create and implement cross-promotion strategies • Develop social community outreach efforts • Design, create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns • Oversee design assets – cover photos, thumbnails, landing pages, blog • Set social media goals and provide monthly reports to management – with interpretation of engagement statistics to help improve social media program • Engage in social media communications and answer questions when appropriate • Develop a proactive strategy for attaining real online reviews – monitoring and responding as appropriate • Monitor trends and incorporate into strategies • Analyze campaigns in a qualitative manner and give recommendations to improve campaigns • Develop conversion strategies to turn social media followers into customers • Maintain a working knowledge of all social media platforms and respective participants – identify new trends, secure new accounts, and add to strategy • Demonstrate exceptional social customer service to identify potential negative situations and apply “crisis control” to mitigate any problems Requirements: • Solid understanding of branding and messaging, particularly as they relate to corporate communications, marketing communications & investor relations • Solid understanding of relationship/referral marketing best practices • Demonstrated success in managing successful social media initiatives, including B2B programs • Experience in social media success metrics evaluation/reporting • Experience in developing/managing social media budgets • Exceptional written & oral communications skills, including public speaking • Exceptional organizational & task management skills • Highly responsible & accountable work ethic Skills: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High level and multi-platform Social Media content and engagement expertise • Strong project management skills, with an ability to self-manage • Complete fluency in Microsoft Office programs • A passionate, creative, proactive, driven and flexible attitude • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus Experience: • Two years plus social media and content creation experience • Bachelor degree or commensurate experience
