Healthy & Fun Fruit Pizza! To Prepare: 1. Cut a watermelon to create your pie base. 2. Remove any seeds from the watermelon, and place on a serving platter or in a pizza box. 3. Decorate the top of the pizza with a variety of fruit - sliced kiwi, melon, blueberries, sliced strawberries, or any fruit you like! 4. For the cheese sprinkle fresh shaved coconut, or use store packaged unsweetened coconut shavings. If you want more of a sweet flavor, use sweetened coconut shavings, and you can drizzle lightly with honey or agave nectar. 5. With a sharp knife, slice your fruit pizza into serving size wedges. Enjoy!
