Ingredients : 1) 1 pc of chicken thigh (remove skin) 2) 1 pc of beetroot cut into 4 pcs 3) Green peas (I use only the outer pod as the peas I use for vege puree) 4) Corn 5) 1 small pc of pumpkin 6) Few small pcs of carrots 7) Few small pcs of potatoes 8) Few small pcs of japanese sweet potatoes 9) Few pcs of anchovies 10) 1 cup of Quinoa & Millet (am using the Yomeishu small cup to measure & soaked for 5 hours) Steps : 1) Boil the above ingredients for 2 hours using slow cooker under slow heat. 2) Drained out all the ingredients except potato, carrot, pumpkin & sweet potato (to use for cook porridge) 3) Use the soup base, potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes to cooked with the quinoa & millet. 4) Cook for another 1 1/2 hours using slow cooker under low heat. 5) Blend the porridge, potatoes, carrots, pumpkin & sweet potato using food blender ( Im using a mini blender instead of the juice blender). 😋 Today Im a happy mummy again as my little bub finished up his porridge. He loves the porridge so much. This makes me even more happy to prepare homecooked baby foods for him. I always make sure the taste & sweetness of his foods are from natural ingredients. Theres NO PRESERVATIVE, NO SALT, NO SUGAR & NO MARMITE.
