Healthy Zucchini Sandwich: Ingredients 1large Zucchini (finely chopped) 1 capsicum (finely chopped) 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 tomato (deseeded n finely chopped) 1 packet whole wheat oat bread 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2tsp chilly flakes 1tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste 2tbsp cream cheese 1/2tsp garlic powder 1 pod fresh garlic (grated) Butter (I used Amul lite) Method: In a woke add in 1tbsp butter n add onion,saute till its become translucent..now add capsicum n zucchini..n sauté for 1/2 mints now add chilly flakes..Italian seasoning..papper powder..n salt n sauté for 5/6 mints or till zucchini cooked do not cover the woke..all veges crunch should b there..n turn off the flame n let it cool..now take a cream cheese..add garlic powder n fresh garlic..n mix it well..n add in zucchini mixture and chopped tomato into it n mix it..now toast a bread apply butter n zucchini mixture..n serve with ketchup or green chutney..enjoyyyy:)
