Healthy home made chicken nuggets. Things needed Foil Knife Bowl Ingredients Boneless seasoned chicken breast Corn flakes or bread crumbs (your preference) Egg whites or whole eggs ( your preference) Olive oil Preparation: 1. Take a plate and pour a good amount of corn flake crumbs. Take a bowl and pour the eggs in *Be sure to mix them a little. (Beat them of you used whole eggs) 2. Take oven rack or pan cover with foil , spray with a bit of spam. 4. Pre heat the oven or toaster oven to 425•F Steps: 1.Take the chicken breast slice through the middle in order to make chicken nuggets as thing as possible. Then once you have achieved required thinness, cut into bite sized pieces. 2. Take fork and pick up chicken pieces individually and dip the chicken pieces into the crumbs , then dip them into eggs then again into the crumbs. ( Until you have covered the desired surface of the chicken nugget) 3. Base a thin small amount of olive oil on the chicken nuggets. (To keep them moist) 4. Then place them evenly on the oven rack or baking pan. And cook them for about 14 mins . If you freeze them then cook them for about 20mins at 425•F Hope you can enjoy these healthy chicken nuggets with your children too.
