Healthy homemade tomato soup Tomatoes, a good source of antioxidants, can help stay oneself young & slim. Soup being a simplest form of food is a natural choice for people of all ages. Today, I will share the recipe of tomato soup. Ingredients Tomatoes - 2 big Garlic pods - 3 to 4 Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon Pepper powder - 2 teaspoons Sugar - 2 to 3 spoons Salt - according to taste Fresh cream(optional) - 2 tablespoon Cilantro (optional) - 2 to 3 strands Serves - 3 people Time - 10mins Method of cooking 1) Cut tomatoes, peel garlic skin 2) Boil them in little water along with cinnamon 3) Once completely cooked, transfer to a blender and blend well 4) We can strain the tomato skin and take only liquid or take the whole mixture. I took whole mixture as it is good in fiber content 5) Boil the mixture with pepper powder, salt and sugar. Adjust them according to your taste. 6) Transfer to a bowl and garnish with cream and cilantro Tip: If the mixture is too watery, consistency can be enhanced by adding 2 tea spoons of corn flour/starch dissolved in 10ml water.
