Healthy stir fry All you need is salt free seasoned chicken breast (baked or grilled), brown rice, egg whites, broccoli, Braggs liquid aminos, and hot sauce! Fry the egg whites in a tiny bit of olive oil or macadamia oil, add the cooked chicken, broccoli, and cooked brown rice in the pan. Throw some liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute) in it and heat until desired temperature! I like to add hot sauce, but thats definitely optional. SO GOOD!! (Obviously, I couldnt even take a picture without eating half of it first! 😜) Enjoy!
