Gakuyuini Coffee miller. Located in the Kirinyaga district of the Central Province of Kenya. Ripe coffee cherry directly after harvesting is delivered by Kirinyaga district farmers to Gakuyuini coffee wet mill where it is pulped and fermented in washing tanks overnight. Fermented parchment coffee then is removed from washing tanks cleaned and soaked again to remove any remaining fruit and spread on raised drying tables. Gakuyini factory provides support to its coffee farmers to help maintain grown coffee quality in this fine Kenyan coffee Arabica.
