Hearing the sweet giggle of my child through her bedroom door (giggling at herself nonetheless) brings a smile to my face and tears in my eyes. She is the one perfect thing in my life I have done correct. My heart knows that 100%. The pain my heart has endured this last year will eventually subside. The Lord has continued plans for me, even if alone. On the bridge. My family and friends near and far will be sure of that. I will be sure of that.
