Heart Barracuda Kept telling myself to push and relax at the same time. It took me a long time to get my body to understand that concept. Still need reminding once in a while. Its letting my legs and mostly all core doing the work. Keeping good form the whole time is so important. Sifu taught me a lot about relaxing and letting the muscle memory do the work. So today in relaxing I actually went a little faster, not much but Im getting there. Good form is everything!
