Thank you Marija for sharing this link with me. My youngest daughter went to check the mail, and there was a injured turtle near the side of the road with tire marks along the grass where it was obvious someone went out of their way to hit this turtle. He is on his way now to Free Again Wildlife Rehab for some pain meds and some care to put him back together. Unreal that running over turtles is actually a thing some enjoy to do for fun. ~lisa~
