Hearty Chicken-less Chicken Soup: Serves 2. 1 Packet of Continental Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Spanish Onion; chopped 1 large Chicken Stock cube (I used Oxo) or liquid stock 1 cup Bacon; chopped 1 large Potato (I used a new potato) otherwise peel and chop 1 Dessertspoon Horseradish Cream 1 Tablespoon of Squid Sauce 1 Dessertspoon jar Garlic 1/2 cup full cream milk Black Pepper to taste (no salt, Squid Sauce takes care of this) 1 litre water Add water to soup mix and combine then add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked. Adjust seasonings and serve with crusty bread. So easy, no frying just combine and cook. Enjoy!
