Heavenly Father, before I begin my request in prayer to you, I want to take some time to thank you for all that you have given to me and my family and how much we have to be thankful for. I feel the need each day that I wake to thank you so that I can let those I love know what they mean to me, so that I can try to do something that just may benefit someone else. You have given to each of us so much and sometimes I fail to let you know how much that means to me and how it helps my heart. I am coming to you tonight to ask that you continue to heal those I love who are going through some difficulties physically, emotionally, financially or spiritually. Please let them know that though there are some times when it appears to be that the pain they feel seems it will never end, there is light that will return. Teach me to say the words that will reinforce Your devotion and Love to each of us your children and to try to lift whatever burden I can so that the weight will not be centered in just that one individual. It is not a responsibility to me but it is a wish that I can help those that I care for .. let them know that whatever is done for them is done in love and should not be thought of as an inconvenience to anyone else because the meaning of family and love is that we share whatever we can in whichever way we can ... I ask you to please give them peace of mind and allow them to understand that you would never allow the darkness to always be present. Amen.
