Heavenly Father, except You build a church, those who labor, labor in vain. I lift up pastors and leaders who are trying to build and fill their churches. Lord, open their eyes and show them areas in which they have been blinded. I ask You to reveal by Your Spirit, wisdom, knowledge and insight. Teach them how to be relational to people as they humbly seek You in prayer for direction. Father, remove obstacles and blockages and show them how to excel in all things. I ask You to penetrate and remove the forces of darkness that rise up against the work of their hands. Lord, I ask You to breathe life and Spirit into things that are dead. I ask You to remove blockages in their ears so they hear with clarity. Father, I pray for pastors and leaders to realize that all must be submitted to you. Bless the works of their hands. Think and speak through them, removing frustrations. Father, I pray for them to always rely on You to govern every move they make. Show Yourself to be strong on their behalf. Iron things out for them and give the witty inventions to build not only the physical structure of their churches but also the spiritual structure. Bring balance to pastors so they are effective in ministry with both teaching and preaching. God, help them to receive truth for You desire truth in the inward parts. Guide them O Great and mighty God and lead them onto paths of righteousness. In Jesus name I rebuke all assignments of the enemy sent to taunt, torment and bring shame to pastors who are trying to build Your kingdom. May the Spirit of integrity rule in their hearts always. Rebuke all connections with Jezebel and her cohorts to halt visions from coming to past. Teach pastors how to embrace and make full use of the ministry gifts that You place within their local assemblies. Help them to never fear or be bound by it in any manner. Let Your peace, favor and wisdom rest upon their hearts. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
