Heck yeah!! Dont forget this... *nearly* everyone can do SOMETHING physical, even if its just lifting up your arms, taking a brief stroll, swaying to some great music... it really does make a difference in so many ways. And Im not just talking about exercise for weight loss, I am talking about exercise for a HEALTHY MIND, a STRONG BODY, a fully functional LYMPH system and dont forget that excellent EXAMPLE we set for our children, spouse, friends, and anyone else we come into contact with.
