Hegelian dialectics is used to create class warfare among blacks to create a disunity which focuses on class distinction instead of racial unity. Our civil rights groups are designed to help the talented tenth, who would probably be successful without help. The design is to create brain drain so the brightest, most talented are seperated from the masses. They therefore cannot identify with nor desire to help the black masses. They adopt a religious mindset of the Horatio Alger myth and that those who are not chosen to be successful are lazy and unmotivated. This rationalization deadens the mind and conscious to the poor and compassion to help the poor lest they jeopardize their own socioeconomic standing. The civil rights organization and token affluent class become more interested in maintaining their financial status and acting as gatekeepers to keep out the masses and maintain their token status. They then preach to the poor to believe a doctrine which maintains the status quo, to be patient and accepting of your life situation and that your life will either self correct or you will be rewarded in the hereafter. But we are attacked as a racial group in society whether it is the rage if the middle class, the attack on the President or the murder of innocent black youth and their murderers getting off Scott free. We must learn to be happy for any black person who does well as long as its not at our expense and support all blacks who go through trial and tribulations. We have to recognize our common self interest. This is the beginning of unity.
