Hello - guess what???? There have been many occasions where I have called Comcast Customer Service due a connectivity issues. The first 10 minutes of my call are generally wasted talking to someone who routes a call. After it is transferred, the next 5 are wasted on figuring out if a cable is screwed into the wall... Now, please elfin tell me why twisting a cable less than 1/10th of mm can cause a sudden connection, yet a complete unplug of cabled services last for 15+ minutes!! Please tell me how the hell this can happen! Lag is one thing - not understanding the intricacies of a secured connection is a whole other ballgame... N.S.A. monitor away, but when you monitor connections that arent validated you are being absolutely stupid... Comcast - FU!!!!!
