Hello, A reminder that we have tech this week. We no longer have rehearsals at noon to 4pm. Call for tech/dress and performances is at 5pm. So tomorrow we should all be at the studio before 5pm with safe clothes on. Tech will end at 8pm. We still need every child to bring in their black shorts. Any black shorts will do. All students need a working flash light for the show. Please drop your actor off, we have parents who are working the show. So if you are not working the rehearsal/shows, we ask you to leave the studio. The students work best with less people around. Remember that Melissa Sanchez-Rogers is still on vacation this week and Anna Estrada not working this summer, I do not know if I am coming or going. Here I ask your patience and help. I admit, that Visionary is more than I alone can handle. So Patience please! Ramon Montes will be back tomorrow, however he may be tried because he will be driving home tonight and gets back into San Diego Monday Morning at 5am. Tomorrow Ramon and I start back at Helix high school and do not get out until 4:30pm. So Ramon may not be 100%. So I ask parents who are working the show to help us where ever you can. And again your patience is very key. If anyone has questions please feel free to call me. Remember I will be teaching at the high school all day. However, leave a message and Ill return it as soon as I get a break. I am so very proud of the show. The kids have worked very hard, this show has really brought forth our students vocals to the best I have heard since we started our youth theater program. Thanks to Ms. RaChelle, she has done wonders for our kids. The show has been ready for over a week. We still need to add some parents to the show and make some cuts. But our students are ready, This show will be the first time we have used a mic. system, so that will more than take up our Monday tech. We also have Josephs Coat which covers the whole studio and is a very big job for us to work out. I am not worried about the performance from our students. Our job now is to make sure the tech/dress side goes smoothly. Again like all of our youth musicals, tickets are going fast. So please get your tickets Monday. Please help me get this reminder out to parents who do not have face book, Mickey will send out an email tonight. However we may miss someone. Melissa and Melinda Gafford had schedules out a month ago, so there should be no surprises. One last time, I never pretend that I have it all together with out my key personnel, Melissa will return next week and a very tired Ramon tomorrow. Ramon will be 1oo% on Tuesday. So Patience Please!
