Hello AAIS, I am hoping that You have not caught this dreaded Flu! that is around at the moment as I have, its not much fun at all! But it got me thinking - I use certain things to manage the Flu - when it comes along and I wanted to give a shout out to things that I use in general to help me with my Arthritis. You know, I remember when my brother first bought me a shower aid chair & he said to me something along the lines of - dont see it as a disability aid, see it as a rehabilitation aid & how true is that! Life is all about perception & how you deal/cope with things in life & how you approach these things/moments that happen along the way.. SOooo, heres to the beginning of Shout Outs to things that help make life that bit easier! *And please I would love for You to add to Our Page what helps you & what makes a difference to your life? Today I am sharing with you something I think is great! & it can be found at Chemist Wharehouse & Im sure any good Pharmacy would have them or could get them in for You.. Im talking about (Body Assist soft compression gloves), they are nice & comfy, whilst assisting your hands and the bonus of them is they have grip on the palm side of the hand - its small so its not uncomfortable but fantastic for grip & to assist you with using things & opening things/ they are true to size as I have a small hand & they are a great fit - on the side of the packet it dose have a size chart Sml/Med/Lge. I love them! Pain relief & assistance!
