Hello All! Here I am in Saint Louis and insitigating a pilot program on the notorious Delmar Loop. Myself, and a growing number of others are looking at creating a Food, Energy, and Socially Neutral Zone meaning that as a municipality we create as much as we consume. Absurd? Perhaps. Possible? Absolutely! I would like to invite you to a discussion on the subject at the Eclipse Restaurant on Monday, March 31st. This will be one of many to come. I would like to share with you the vision as it is forming, seek your advice, and also to utilize the many talents here in the group.
