Hello All, I purchased Samsung Note 3 note less than a month ago and facing a lot of performance Issues with the device. I also visited the service center a couple of times and they kept my phone for 5 days and I did not got any resolution and facing the same issues. The service center people stated that they cannot fix the problem. Also they denied to provide me the replacement or refund for the defective product . This is not at all acceptable from such a big brand name in the electronics industry. Samsung Galaxy note 3 is a pathetic device Samsung has manufactured and is not upto the mark. The configuration of the device and the processor that samsung is providing in this device is very slow and 3 GB of the RAM dont do any good to the device. I would suggest all of my friends to be aware and do not buy any of the samsung products as you are not going to get a good quality product and the service centers are not good places to spend most of your quality time.
