Hello All you concerned citizens. Help Stop the Catch Sharing Plan! Sport anglers who charter a boat to access their halibut fishery in Alaska, will have their halibut taken away and then offered back to them, for rent. The National Marine Fisheries Service has proposed a Catch Sharing Plan (CSP) for the guided recreational fishery that needs to be stopped from implementation. A 45 day Comment Period was announced with the publishing of the proposed regulation in the Federal Register on June 28th.
