Hello Ansonia Moms! Im an Ansonia mom, although my children are probably much older than yours! During one of the visits from my grandchildren, we took some cookies to the Ansonia Police Department. They were MOST gracious and the officer shook my grandchildrens hands and thanked them for the cookies. It left a great impression in their minds and I took that opportunity to highlight what police do for us and how they should respond to all officers. This moment in time might be a teaching opportunity for children who hear news. What they learn, they will take to other children in school. Together, we can make it better...starting here... in Ansonia...with kids, cops and cookies!! Here is to a more civilized 2015! Terry Murphy-Mom/grandmom in our great town of Ansonia Connecticut!
