Hello Barrel Sponsors, We hope you are all well. Firstly I would like to thank you for your kind generosity and being able to be involved with handing over £3,000 last year to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. This year Eldwick Village Society will be hosting this years 5th Charity Beer & Banger Festival on 15th/16th August. As ever this event continues to grow each year into a more successful and popular event and our relationship with Birches, Black Sheep and the YAA continue to thrive. With pressure on organisational deadlines this year we are trying to make sure that we have all our sponsoring ahead of schedule. Our appeal once again firstly goes out to our continued sponsors. Without your continued support, dedication and generosity the event would simply not be able to run. We offer this year the chance to be able to continue with your support. As ever we have learnt of a few mistakes along the way, a few changes that need to be made and a few tweaks to the sponsorship package which offer. The price however as of last year remains now fixed. This year we are very likely to have the Air Ambulance dropping in on the recreation field however this is subject to operational constraints but would be a fantastic photo opportunity for your companies. I will keep you all up to date with this in due course. We now have an official sponsorship package which we have been working on throughout last year. If you are interested in continuing your support then please send us your address and we will send you out our new package. Remember this opportunity comes on a first come first served, limited place basis so remember not to leave it too late and be disappointed. We are also limited this year as a society on staff numbers and would be more than appreciate if you yourselves could give a little extra time or know someone who would enjoy giving us a had in organising certain elements of the event. We are also looking for staff to help us on the event days, whether it be burning bangers or helping with the raffles. Every second of your time is helpful and valuable to us.
