Hello Cakey friends. I need some advice please. Im really struggling to find a work/life balance at the moment. Im missing out on time with my husband and daughter and its making me grumpy. I REALLY love caking and I love running my own business from home and I always knew that it was going to be hard work. But I never leave the office. NEVER. If Im not making or decorating cakes, I am designing, researching, costing, pricing, delivering or photographing them. And when thats done Im invoicing, ordering stock, photo editing, blogging, promoting, responding to enquiries and trying to keep up with Facebook! I even DREAM in cake. Its got to the point where Im finding it difficult to unwind and relax. So, help me please, before I lose my mind, or my husband*, or both. Tell me how you manage your work/life balance when your office is your home and your home is your office. *I dont actually think Im about to lose him, but he is getting a bit grumpy...
