Hello Church! Here is what’s going on at New Life Church This Sunday is Family Day at NLC (every month that has 5 Sundays in it). The theme is a football theme “Get in the Game” You are welcome to wear your favorite team colors, t-shirts, jerseys, cheerleading uniforms, football uniforms, etc. There will be prizes and lots of fun. Everyone is invited to eat with us at our FREE HOT DOG LUNCH AFTER THE SERVICE in the FLC. Yes you can bring a dessert if you would like! No SuperChurch October 2nd Hymnspiration service in the FLC 10:30am October 6th is our 65th Homecoming at NLC! There will be a lunch in the FLC and a singing after that. Bring your favorite dish and dessert to share. Help celebrate 65 years of serving God and our community. No SuperChurch October 10th: 5:30 pm Livi vs Leukemia fundraiser at Moe’s in Dawsonville. Come eat dinner at Moe’s. Part of the proceeds will go to help Olivia Graham knock out Leukemia! October 19th: 4th Annual Fall Bazaar. Huge Yard Sale! Spaces are free in the parking lot to NLC members and the public. Please consider a donation to NLC for our outreach projects. The Church will be selling Hot dogs, chips, drinks, popcorn, cotton candy and boiled peanuts. If you would like to sell food that does not overlap the church’s efforts contact the church. Tell your friends and neighbors to get their spaces. October 31st: Trunk –or-Treat at Rock Creek Park. Project: One Lost Sheep will have a booth once again. Please consider donating candy. Candy can be dropped off in the foyer of the church. November 3rd: Youth Hang Out from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm November 3rd: First Fruits Service 5:30 pm. Fellowship dinner after the Service. Other Dates for your Calendar: 11/10 Veterans dinner, 12/6 & 12/8 Dinner Theater, 12/10 Treatment Court Dinner, 12/18 NLC Christmas Party and 1/5/14 – 1/10/14 New Year’s Revival. If you need to reserve the FLC for your own function remember the calendar is full this time of year.
