Hello Everyone! Heres a talk that many of you may find interesting. Its Angela Davis discussing strategies for social change and reminding us of the empowering process of conscientization------the process in which ordinary people come to see themselves as active subjects of history. And also, she brings up a point that I think is extremely vital to keep in mind, namely, that historical change has not been accomplished solely by heroic individuals, but rather, by the collective effort of communities.
