Hello Everyone, I think confusion is our worse enemy, and as we are only 3 months old, Im getting the feeling that confusion will be the ultimate destruction. 1. We are considering of going Closed. There are many reasons, but it isnt because of any other page groups. I respect those groups as we have had a long talk, and came to an understanding. I want your feedback. If you dont know what that means, ask, and I will explain it. 2. Admins roles here, but first, I ask that you respect them, fully. If there is a problem, email me, or put it in the Problems section in our File area. 2. The roles: Chris T Kazias Is my main Admin. This means, he will monitor, ban, and if it needs to be, remove an Admin that we have a problem with. Also, he will delete comments, or the original post as a whole if the content is disturbing. I have known Chris for a long time, and we work together on many things. I fully trust his judgment. Leslie Wagner Mehaffie , will receive a crash course of banning, and deleting comments, unless the original post is offensive as a whole, then she will delete that. She is my lead Admin. I want to openly apologize for my behavior towards her. She was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Brandon Kemp, Jim Zorger, Tami Mackey, and Beadle Beadle will be in training for their specific duties. Tami will be our night owl Admin, and as an Admin there is a lot of responsibility as well as professionalism. If you have a problem with a specific admin, please email, copy and paste the problem in the email to Chris, Leslie or myself. This is only until I can fully train the others. Everyone of us will make mistakes. So, have patience with us, as we have patience with you. Now, I still have four admins standing by...That means, until a full investigation is done, two admins are in limbo, but their places as Admins have NOT been replaced. I have asked two more to be admins, and Im considering a third one. Why so many? Because you are many. I need to have as many as I can to handle all problems. The problems are taking away from my recovery from cancer, as well as assignments. This is not acceptable to me, as you can see, my college and crime are very important to me. I carry a 4.0 average, and this week that could be tainted because of my late assignments. This bothers me greatly for my Professional role in the Criminal Justice field. Lastly...I have all the power. That means, when I make a decision its not up for discussion. Our format is different from other pages, and I respect their formatting. Not once have I asked them to change their formatting, because thats disrespectful. So, please, dont ask me to change mine. We are all working towards the same goal.
