Hello Everyone , I would like your support . As most of my family and friends know my daughter Kathleen Terry and her unborn baby Annmarie Bree was murdered on 10-16- -2003. Her estranged husband of only six weeks , Sergeant Albert Ciccone was charged with premeditated first degree murder for Kathleen and second degree for Annmarie Bree. He was sentence to life in prison without chance of parole. Since then he went through the Court of Appeals all the way up to the Supreme Court trying to appeal his sentence with a laundry list asking to be set free or get a new trial . He was told he had no standing . Thank goodness he was not present during these proceedings. That was hard enough ! His next legal process is through the Civil Court . His Post Conviction Hearing will be : . Dec 12th at 1:00 P.M. At the Mountain Home ID Court. Ciccone, WILL BE PRESENT . This has been a horrific journey for me ,my family/ friends as well for Kathleens close friends. This is a Public Hearing , please try to come for me and my familys emotional support as well as standing together in a respectful solidarity against Domestic Violence Current Statistics show 1 out of 3 women/girls and 1 out of 6 men/ boys will experience intimate relationship and Domestic Violence .
