Hello Expedia, we stayed at a hotel booked through you for a long romantic weekend, 3 nights. And we even booked 2 rooms, one for our friends as well. And, well, no we were not happy with our stay! As the pool was closed because of a drowning and not being able to even find the body because it was so dirty, and we were never notified of the closure "pool and hot tub were the main reason for booking this hotel"! Next our rooms were filthy! And the hotel was around $200 per night. Expedia, "sorry for the inconvenience, here is $100". HA! No! NOT acceptable. Been on the phone with them for about an hr now....
