Dougert Realty Round II LLC has announced that applications are now being accepted for moderate-income housing rental apartments at 755 & 757 East 224th St. and 812 East 226th St., both in the Wakefield neighborhood. These buildings are being renovated through the Third Party Transfer Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Qualified applicants will be required to meet the income guidelines and additional selection criteria. Households may elect to submit an application by one of two methods: Either online or by mail. To submit your application online now, please visit NYC Housing Connect at nyc.gov/housingconnect, search for Dougert Realty Round II LLC and slect Apply for Hosuing. All online applications must be submitted by Jan. 21, 2014. To request an application by mail, please send a self-addressed, stamp envelope to: Dougert Realty Round II LLC, c/o PWB Management Corp., 3092 Hull Ave., Bronx, NY 10467. All mailed applications must be returned by regular mail only to a post office box number that will be listed on the application and must be postmarked by January 21, 2014. Applications will be selected by lottery. There is no broker fee or application fee.
