Hello Facebook Friends and Family! This year, I accepted a new position at the Dale Turner Family YMCA as the Kids University Program Supervisor at Syre Elementary. Throughout the year, I have also had roles as a camp counselor and dance teacher. I have seen firsthand how much our Y organization does for the community. From childcare to senior citizen programs; youth sports to Pedaling for Parkinsons; Summer Camps to LIVESTRONG™ at the Y; teen programs to free weekly meals, the Y does it all. And, we offer scholarships for everything. The Y is truly more than a gym; its a cause. My YMCA never turns anyone away due to inability to pay. We are able to provide income-based payment options and program scholarships because of the generous donations made to our Annual Campaign.
