Hello Food bankers ! Id like you to enlighten me with your idea about the expense of preparing and the pricing of that food. Suppose, the Fat Boy Grand Texas Burger of Smoke Music Cafe- its big, delicious. The last time I had it, it cost me Tk. 585 (including vat and a drink). Now, what I want to know is, what do you think its preparation expense is ? Or, in other words, the percentage of the price (including vat) of the food that usually costs the owners to prepare it. Thank in advance :) P.S. Smoke Music Cafe & the Fat Boy burger was used as an example. I want idea in general.
