Hello Friends, that vote in the Town of Southampton, I am asking you to please consider voting for my wife Linda Kabot on November 5th, 2013 for Southampton Town Supervisor. Please help bring back a knowledgeable supervisor who has a proven record of accomplishments as an administrator and innovator. I promise she will be accountable to us, the local hard working people who live in the community. She is truly an independent candidate who cannot be bought. I am proud to offer my wife’s strength of character, courage, and proven leadership to the voters as a candidate for Town Supervisor. A quick story: (Tip) Thomas P. ONeill learned a great lesson from his first campaign. One lesson was learned on the last day of the campaign from his high school elocution and drama teacher, a neighbor who lived across the street from his residence. On that fateful day, Mrs. Elizabeth OBrien approached the aspiring politician and said Tom, Im going to vote for you tomorrow even though you didnt ask me. ONeill was puzzled as he had known Mrs. OBrien for years and had done chores for her, cutting grass, raking leaves and shoveling snow. He told his neighbor that I didnt think I had to ask for your vote. She replied Tom, let me tell you something: People like to be asked. Again, I respectfully ask for your consideration in voting for my wife Linda Kabot on Election Day, November 5, 2013.
