Hello Group, I am writing this in hopes that this group can help out. My husband is a veteran and is fighting the battle of his life now, he has esophageal and stomach cancer and is going through chemo and radiation now. Friends and family are putting on a benefit for him on Nov. 29th from 2-6 pm, at The Millcreek VFW post on Lower Hunters Trace. There will be food so graciously donated by Brian, raffles and a silent auction to help raise money for medical bills and daily expenses, due to the fact he has not been able to work since August. Which brings me to the reason for the post. First reason is to invite everyone to come out and show your support for this veteran , second reason is to ask if there are any items that you can donate to be raffled off or to go to the silent auction. Anything at all, new or gently used, if you can help please contact me on this site or send me a pm, I would be very grateful and happy to pick up the items. Thank you and God bless you every one
