Hello HAN!! HAPPY FLEX FRIDAY!! ONE YEAR to this day I have been a part of HAN... my wifes last wishes for me to change my life for the better began August 1st last year... I honored her request just three months after loosing her to cancer... I know shes smiling down on me with a huge smile... That is all I ever asked for in return for standing by her side in sickness and in health for better or for worse... Im still in it strong... I started out with weights... Trying out for a semi pro football team, making it as center offense snaping the ball protection of the quarter back being stronger and faster... On to hiking... Then mountain biking... 5k races... Now Im training for my first marathon... Signing up for Santa Fe thunder 10k... After is the Duke City Marathon... No matter what the birth certificate says its how you feel inside... HAN is the new fountain of youth... Get out there continue to be active... Create new goals and make them happen... Have fun doing it all... HAN NATION !!!! BEAST MOTIVATION!!!!
