Hello Hanover-Horton Community, I am writing you all today to inform you of my resignation as Principal of Hanover-Horton High School. I have been offered, and have accepted, a position at the Jackson Area Career Center as Assistant Principal of CTE and Academic Programs. I will still be in contact with Hanover-Horton students while working with career center students from other area high schools in transitioning to the workforce through the early college program. This is a new position that provides a tremendous opportunity to both students and employers in Jackson County to reinvent the local workforce while providing students an outstanding experience toward a future career. I have enjoyed the past ten years at Hanover-Horton and will savor the memories created throughout my tenure. I want to sincerely thank you all for the support, help, and happiness during my career. I am proud to have been employed with such a wonderful organization and confidently believe that Hanover-Horton Schools will continue to strive for excellence and shine as the best district around. I hope I was able to make as much of an impact on the students, staff, community, and parents as you have done for me, both personally and professionally.
