Hello. I wanted to share some notes from todays session with one of my precious teachers, James. A little backstory on him: he was a direct disciple of Swami Muktananda and has many friends in high places, but these days hes very humble and much more inward. I know he is on the slow slide home as he puts it, so I am cherishing these opportunities. We had a good group session and I was able to share and ask him some questions. I told him that I was blessed to have a fairly large audience in social media, and that I had been seeing and sensing a growing despair and drop in morale in the collective, especially among sensitives. His response: get unplugged and especially tune out the media that no longer brings facts, but dark entertainment. Pay more attention to the Good News Network instead. There are many good things happening in our world every day, and that is something to add our attention and good will to. The wisdom energy of the heart is pure, beautiful and pristine. To swim deeply within it is free and always available to us. Interestingly, I had the thought that we have been experiencing a powerful Sun/Jupiter conjunction in Leo. This is the energy of the Kingly Sage and Divine Teacher. I spent a whole afternoon with one today. Blessed. I send out these blessings tonight to all who would receive them.
