Hello, I would like to thank you again for your excellent services provided to me by your firm concerning my arrests, first the issue with felony and then the terrorist threat matter. Also I would like to thank you for consistently keeping me informed as to where I currently am in the process of the law. I do not have anything to provide you other than the fact that my accuser stated to me that he was going to have the matter regarding my two assault charges taken care of otherwise I would not have left the state. This is a terrible situation for me perpetuated by my false accusers. I was constantly harassed by the owner of Banter Denton for whatever reason, a business located right by the owner of my good friend Janies vintage clothing store Circa77. One day I was informed by my accuser in this matter that I had a complaint against me, I had spoken to no one and was only there to eat. I broke a coffee mug on the side walk and said, Theres your complaint. Stephen immediately called the cops and I was told to leave. Even though I was given the opportunity to leave the police officer would not let me, following me as i tried to depart, telling him first I was going to the church then to Fry Street with many things on my person. I was arrested the day before I was arrested on the assault charges for disturbing the peace I suppose, which is another warrant I have out I believe. The next day I am eating down the road from my accusers business and remember I need to take my medicine so I go to Circa77 a business two business away from Banter in the same plaza or business. There I discover my two accusers talking to my good friend trying to expel my right to be in a business that has nothing to do with theirs, not the first time I was harrassed by the owner Stephen at a business in the building I suppose he owns or leases. My anger got the best of me and I motioned to the woman accuser that I was going to hit her because these people were stocking me, the owner of Circa77 does not even like their business and she is partially blind so cannot be a witness and the other witness no longer works there and is of questionable intelligence. After I motion as if I was going to hit the woman, I turn to Stephen and tap him on the shoulder with my cane with no force and the cops are immediately called. It is my understanding that the cops had probable cause to arrest me simply because of what this man had told him. I realize what I did is a form of assault possibly justified but only holds a small fine or a few days in jail. I spent a good portion of last year in jail, this situation and the trespassing matter which was born out of a cops fabrication of a complaint and then him asking me if I was not going to leave before he gave me a trespass warrant...another terrible cop...whats new? Spending that much time in jail for doing Absolutely nothing to warrant me being incarcerated really depresses me especially being a former Marine who is in no way a criminal at all and that abhors physical violence. It is my understanding pretrial confinement without due process of law is unconstitutional. Anyway I hope for a good outcome to this...My only concern right now is being with my fiancee and getting married and the best place for us to be is Saoa Paula Brasil, her home. This matter even has former associates and my own woman questioning me. Again I do not believe the woman would ever state that I assaulted her physically and dont know if the guy would lie ether but the woman has informed me that i did in fact assault her husband or business partner...so Im at a loss for words and losing my mind over all this. Again thank you for all you have done, are doing and I am completely confident I have an attorney that can get me the best results.
