The executive team of our young corporation recognized these new challenges, and worked diligently to orchestrate a plan to strategically circumvent potential roadblocks along the road toward accomplishing our lofty goals. We recognized the value of identifying and pursuing a unique opportunity to establish something groundbreaking in our themed entertainment industry, but at a fraction of the cost to the transformative developments that we maintain as our long term goals. This led us to the paradise of Dominican Republic, which is the number 1# tourism destination in the Caribbean. It is the birthplace of both European and African influence in the Americas. It boosts the highest mountains and the lowest point in the Caribbean, as well as, the largest salt water lake on any island in the world. The unique blending of Native Taino Indian culture, with that of the Spanish and French Settlers, the diverse African Slave population’s cultural origins, and that of the modern day Expatriate communities currently taking up permanent residence there, creates the vibrant atmosphere that attracts visitors from all over the world. IIC is excited to become an economic development player in the progression of this island nation’s continued emergence as a global travel destination and a developing economy. Doing so will give us the benefit of a stronger tract record in our industry, and better position us for our mission of transforming communities here at home. Currently, vast time and resources have gone into the identification and formal research validation of the corporation’s current development plans, along with strategic planning and extended executive team building.
