Boarder sealed. Defence will have 75 lakh personel; 10Cr police, India would have 3 trillion US dollar reserve, 1000 research institute; 5 lakh food reserve complex and market; All road and rail road will be covered with solar power panel, a total of 1.3 lak Km; Expected power generation 1.3lak MW. Each district will have fully furnished medical college and hospital; every unit of medical facility will be linked with big hospitals by internet and VC facility. Business will get boost fund; Only 5% income tax and 3% India tax; No other taxes required. 5% income tax given by those who did not contribute. This will distribute to states. Fuel will be taxed only 2%. People will be delivered commitment card to give daily 8 hrs for the development of this country and 2 days off.. All fiscal deficit will be vanished in 1 second....!
