In this class you will bake a sponge cake recipe in the cutest of shapes and decorate it with fondant and royal icing so that you have a cake that is too pretty to eat, and too lovely not to eat. After class, each person takes home their own decorated 4 hello kitty cake and a hello kitty cake pan. Instructor: Anna Chan Anna Chan has been the head chef-instructor of Sugar Inc Baking Workshops for 7 years. She is an author of a recipe book called Gorgeous Cupcakes for the Homebaker (published by Boostprints Educational). Her work as a pastry chef has been featured on the Straits Times and on Mediacorp Channel 8 cooking programes. Baking and writing new recipes is her passion.
