Hello LRTA. Would like to complain a teller in LRT Pureza. Male skinhead with very unprofessional and ill mannered approach to commuter like me. It happened just tonight 6:45 Pm March 19. I admit i have a fault but at least he should have explained it to me nicely not in the very impolite manner as if he was reprimanding me and insulting me at the same time. Is this the way you explain to ur customers? I cannot believe what happened and because of his tuloy tuloy na pagsasalita I wasnt able to say my piece or say okay my mistake I understand. Kindly talk to him about this and he should be more nice and approachable at all times. Thank you!
