Hello Lovely People! I need your help paying for the care of a stray cat Ive just taken in. Please consider donating even a little amount--every bit helps! Heres the story: I was up due to a bout of insomnia (thank you pregnancy heartburn, lol) when a neighbourhood stray cat came by. Hes been coming by our ground floor apartment since we moved in. At first I assumed he was an owned outdoor cat, but as time wore on it became apparent that he was a stray. He is friendly and beautiful. He was covered and mud and shivering, so I removed the screen from one of my windows and brought him inside. He is not neutered, and quite matted (hes got long hair). At the moment he is in a carrier in my bathroom. I am planning to take him in to the vet to get him checked out, vaccinated, de-parasited, and neutered first thing today. My plea to you: over the years I have (gladly) spent thousands of dollars on stray and feral cats. It is an issue about which I care deeply. However, at this time, I simply dont have the funds to pay for the care this cat requires. I hope you will consider helping me out.
