Hello! Merry Christmas from Australia yogis! After a mini holiday hibernation I am back sending you my love from the beach. Its a bit cloudy this morning, but warm and with a beautiful light drizzle. Im off for a run, its lowtide and perfect for cruising along the shore. Here is our last pose for the #BeTheLight challenge ... Of course (because I am counting myself to the tribe of Aquaphillias) one of my favourite heart opening postures the fish pose. After rolling on my new blue soft foam roller and spending time with my beautiful family all day yesterday, I feel so much more open. Yes I know its 6 am Boxing Day, I love the early mornings outdoors. There no one at the beach, waves and dolphins are solely mine to watch.
