Hello Middletownites... As some of you well know , Im an observer of people, places and things... As I was sitting in the Thai Gardens Restaurant with some friends having dinner this evening, I happened to notice a Middletown Police patrol vehicle parked on the East side of Main street (in the street) unattended. My first thought was, perhaps the officer parked the vehicle and was on a foot patrol... His lights on the vehicle were on, but NOT in an emergency situation by no means. So, where was the officer? I saw no policeman for well over an hour. Maybe he was having a coffee at Dunkin Doughnuts? Hmmm, patrol, if you are going to patrol, DONT leave your vehicle in the street unattended for over an hour. Im a taxpayer, I dont like it!
